Resources: Information for Parents

Click HERE for information about our Parent Child Groups

Throughout the lives of children and adolescents, parents play a most critical role.
New parents may feel overwhelmed by the responsibility thrust upon them when they have a child;
parents of adolescents may feel helpless and angry because they feel that they no longer “know” their child.
As a child grows and develops, parents have to grow and develop too.
Each new developmental step poses new challenges as well as new opportunities for joy and gratification.
Parents are the ones who know their children best.
In this section we hope to increase parents creativity in their childrearing,
as well as help their children be as creative as possible.
